Error: Connection aborted (System error: The handle is invalid.)

We experience some connectivity problems between Qlik and our Databases.

Even our built in Monitoring apps like License Monitor get the same message:

        20211126T102907.884+0100 0697 LIB CONNECT TO 'monitor_apps_REST_license_user'

20211126T102937.977+0100      Error: Connection aborted (System error: The handle is invalid.)

        20211126T102938.023+0100      Execution Failed

        20211126T102938.147+0100      Execution finished.

All tasks fail with the same error message since 21:45 yesterday. It feels like a corruption issue, because our network is fine now. It did go down around 21:30 last night. We have restarted the system twice since then, but it did not solve the problem.

We run the May release SP7.

Do you have any suggestions what could be causing this?

Best Regards

Hi, I haven't found that error myself, most of the times desfault REST connection errors can be solved rewriting the password on the data connection, but the mesaage should be more related to a forbiddden access.

I googled it and found this: https://community.qlik.com/t5/New-to-Qlik-Sense/Monitoring-Apps-Fail-at-Call-QRS-data-AFTER-LogConte...

Maybe it can help, before editing the connection string do a copy (on a notepad or similar) so you can restore the current value.
