Error create Rest connection

Good afternoon friends,

I would like some help from you, I am working for the first time with the API connection in Qlik and during the connection is presenting the message "http protocol error 401 (): Requested resource requires authentication".

To test the API, I'm using the "Postman" program but in this program the connection is being successfully executed.

To perform authentication in Postman, I am using HTTP Basic Authentication with the encrypted user information in the Base64 form.
