Error noFileSize for QVD from a SFTP connector

Loading a QVD file from a SFTP connector (not from webconnector) occurs an error: noFileSize

t_donnet_0-1711638845891.png

Any file format doesn't have an error when loading.
I tried to load with an other QVD, the same issue persist.

Antivirus doesn't scan the SFTP folder.
There is not file access restrictions, antivirus software locking the file, or resource bottlenecks

Any idea to fix it?

@t_donnet can you access the file using another STP client, does it work?  Does that user have permissions to the file?

Hi @David_Friend,

Yes, I can access the file with FileZilla from the server and from my desktop.
Like I said, other file type on this folder can be read and load in script.

Hi,

I have the same problem while creating the .qvd file with the STORE command.

Any solution?

Thanks

hi @Fabiano_Martino_Intelco,

if you having a store problem, the service account of Qlik Sense doesn't have the rights to read/write in the folder.

Hi @t_donnet ,

i have tried uploading a .qvd file manually (with Filezilla) on my SFTP and then LOADing it from Qlik Sense Desktop and it Worked.

I uploaded the .qvd file with the same SFTP credentials and with the same Windows account I use to run Qlik Sense Desktop.

The problem is only for the STORE instruction.

A further analysis of the script log reported this error:

System error: noFileSize)

Thanks
