Help Connector error: Invalid load request (DirectAccess-1006) and (DirectAccess-1103)

We are occasionally having problems with the reload of some ETLs.

We receive this errors:

Data has not been loaded. Please correct the error and try loading again.
The following error occurred:
 (Connector error: Invalid load request (DirectAccess-1006))

or

Data has not been loaded. Please correct the error and try loading again.
The following error occurred:
 (Connector error: Reload web socket was aborted due to a failure (DirectAccess-1103))

 we use qliksense saas cloud, and connect to our oracle servers through qlikgateway.

It seems to me, to be something related to connection/internet issues when loading the ETL during the night.

Is there any way to make this connection/error to force and retry the connection/load? 100% of times I just need to click on reload again... but since we have many ETLs, every 2 days i need to restart one or another and sometimes this is bad because our main APP doesnt reload correctly. and of course its a useless manual labor.

Hello, I have the same issue for the 1006 error. I have a Case opened about it. Support is still working in this.

Hello, there are some improvements relating to some of the symptoms causing the above Direct Access errors. Please upgrade to the latest version of Direct Access v1.6.1.

The occurrences should reduce.

If you still face the issue, Do follow the Direct Access gateway best practices and try to implement retry mechanism using the Automation block for retry.

If no change, and the issue is still blocking the environment productivity or the business even after implementing retry, please log a case with support, so that we can analyse the environmental situation of your particular environment.
