How to allocate sheet-wise access to users

We need to restrict some users from viewing some sheets.

For example - 

employee "A" can only view sheets "1,2,3" while employee "B" can view sheets "3,4,5". Employee "C" can view all the "1,2,3,4,5"  sheets.
