Invalid path in QS desktop after upgrade to window 10

I am using QS desktop data manager and ODBC to connect to data source (MS Access in  D Drive).

Recently I have just changed to Window 10 which only has single drive.

I updated the source file path in ODBC User DSN. 

Nevertheless, in the QS, the table path still reflect the old path.

What do I need to do to reflect the updated path?

(I need to change the path from D drive to C drive)
