Login as admin with windows password of user not working

Hello

I'm trying to login to Qlik Sense Hub as a field user but am unable to.

The Qlik Server is hosted by the client and they login with integrated login, so they user their Windows password. In order to do some testing I was given a Windows password and username to login as that user. But after getting reassurance that it is the correct Windows login and password, I am still unable to login as this user.

The odd thing is, sometimes (most of the time not) it does work, but there doesn't seem to be a difference as to how the users are configured in the QMC.

Please help!

Good Luck.
Two things.
1. Try to keep the browser cache clean while you are troubleshooting (as much as possible)

2. Please note the latest version of Qlik Sense will no longer work with Internet Explorer. Beware upgrading to the latest versions.

I look forward to your response.

Hi @ElsKnockaert ,

Can you please share the logs to check what exactly the error you get?

I don't quite know where I can find these logs, perhaps you could point me in the right direction ?

I don't get an error, I just get prompted 3 times and then I get this blank screen

Pretty Sure this is a browser cache issue.

1. Stop using Internet Explorer (use anything else)

2. Use 'Incognito' or 'InPrivate' to ensure you aren't getting a bad cookie.

Let me know if you can consistently log in from a modern browser with a Private Window.

Thank you for this! The server is hosted by the customer and has restricted our access so that we can't install another browser, we will contact them to change this and I will try this solution out. I'll keep you updated if it works or not!

The customer is unwilling to change our access, but I will keep this solution in mind if I come across this issue again. Thank you again
