Hi,
We have logged the case to support to Qlik Senes, now I need to update the case and I cannot find a support page or link which can connect me to my support case.
I know it probably sounds stupid but I am logged in to my Qlik account and there is no option to find my case.
I got the link with the reply from the Support team but you can see it seems "Unauthorised"

Hi, try accesing https://support.qlik.com/ and login with the button on the upper right corner, beow the main menu there should be a link to your cases awaiting action.
