Need to create an access database connector

Hello, 

I need to create an access database connector in SAAS edition and one in Cloud edition (long story, two different development enviroments...)

I can see that for the SAAS edition I should be able to do so by installing the  Access DB driver but according to the manual this has some limitation in a server environment.... Can you shed some lights on this? Could I use OLEDB? HOW?

And then the next issue, what about the Cloud environment?!!
