I just registered my trial here, my previous experience is from MS platforms.
We're evaluating this platform between others and I'm totally frustrated.
I'm stuck to something elementary, ie connect to SQL Server DB.
I'm trying to find support and there's NO WAY to discuss with anyone!!! So poor experience, I'm really disappointed!!!

Thank you for your answer. Members helping members is a nice option, over and above a company's decent support service - not a substitute. Yes, I can describe my struggle, but I don't want to share it with the community.
