No hay forma que pueda iniciar sesión

No puedo iniciar la sesión, ya he consultado anteriormente y cuando pongo usuario y contraseña sale una pantalla mostrando un error, y no hay forma que pueda ingresar a la plataforma para seguir usando la aplicacion
