Node status showing offline in QMC.

Hi All,

We noticed one of our scheduler node is showing the status as offline even though we are able to login into the server and we can see all Qlik Sense services are running in the node. We see the tasks are running on that scheduler node are also got success. When checked in QMC under information icon we see for that server  “Scheduler repository is not contacted”, but under services tab we can see repository service is running.

We tried to restart the services by following the community link.

but no use, we did reboot of the server that also did not worked.

Any suggestions are really appreciated.

After doing the reboot of the entire environment node status is showing online, But this is not a feasible option always.
