Hi Fellow Qlikkers,
I am currently using the Aug-2022 version of qliksense which has been setup on the EC2 node, the connectivity to the EC2 node is working fine, however, when I am trying to use the dashboard through the IP (not directly in the server), the dashboard goes into a hung state (it does not show disconnected) just remains in a hung state and it does not respond to clicks on anything, and goes back to the normal state after refreshing the page.
It generally happens when there has been no input from the user for more than 4 minutes.
Can anyone help me understand what could be the issue and the resolution for the same?
Trial and error is the key to get unexpected results.
