Qlik SaaS: error in username/password while connecting to Azure Db is not correct?

Hi everyone,

Working with in Qlik Sense  SaaS Enterprise and getting a very basic error which (to me) does not explain the real reason behind the error. It seems like we entered wrong credentials, but still sometimes runs the reload successfully.

Here's the error:

Data has not been loaded. Please correct the error and try loading again.
The following error occurred:
 (Connector error: Unable to connect to database:
    Error message:
Please check the values for Username‚ Password‚ Host and other properties. Description: General error)
The error occurred here:
SELECT Id,
	AppId,
	SectionId,
	Name,
	SectionType,
	ParentSectionId
FROM mobilecms.dbo.AppSectionItem
"

The error pops up (as you can see in attached screenshot) randomly with the daily reloads. Is there anyone with an explanation and solution for this?

Did you find a solution for this?

We have the same issue between QSE Client Managed and Azure SQL Database.

We receive the same error, we enter the username & password again in the database connections and then it works again,  and after some reloads ( hourly reloads) sometimes after a day, it fails again.
Giving the same error as in your post.

Any insights on this is appreciated.
