Qlik sense Desktop load is success, but Qlik sense server tasks is fail. How can I solve this problem?

I use qlik sense server on Windows server 2012 R2 but suddenly this problem occur...

Qlik sense Desktop load is success, but Qlik sense server tasks is fail.

Qlik sense server tasks log file is

2017-10-11 09:00:28      Please check the values for Username‚ Password‚ Host and other properties.

How can I solve this problem?

For reference, I recently reinstalled Oracle Database on Windows server 2012 R2 .

Is this reason a problem?

I don't know How to resolve this problem....

Check Name of the Data Connection and authentication of that connection.

You will have to create a Connection again when you use desktop app on server.

My Qlik sense server is on Windows server 2012 R2 so I don't load a data for using the Qlik sense Desktop

because the Qlik sense Desktop is not installed on Windows server 2012 R2.

but Qlik sense Desktop load is success on the another computer. That means that authentication of that connection is valid and a right to access database is valid.

Perhaps Do I have anything to do on Windows server 2012 R2 for connecting a database?
