Hi @mksyahmi Check in a different browser or Incognito tab of Google Chrome and see if that helps.

 

If there is a firewall, make sure the ports are open for communication - https://help.qlik.com/en-US/sense-admin/August2021/Subsystems/DeployAdministerQSE/Content/Sense_Depl...
