Hi,
Our users have issues opening QlikSense with Google Chrome. The users open QlikSense and do not see anything, just a white page.
A solution was to delete all cookies, or switch browser. This worked for most users, but some users still had issues.
Is this a known problem? Is there a solution in the Qlik Sense configuration?

Have you checked that they are on the latest Chrome version?
Also, try disabling or uninstalling any Chrome extensions that may be interfering with Qlik Sense.

This issue might cause due to firewall, if some of the users are affected with this with different location.
you need to check with network team.
