You can upload the data file and then schedule a reload, however you would need to manually refresh the data file. (We are working on features that will allow you to automate the upload of the file to your workgroup files space.)
Incremental load would be possible by using the appropriate incremental load syntax in your app and providing the correct paths and data files, however the NEW data file with the NEW records would need to be manually added (uploaded / replaced) to the work group.
