Read Data from PDF File

Hello Everyone,

I have a situation with a client, they need to read data from PDF file and this need to be native from Qlik Sense. I've found some topics in the forum saying that i need to use a third part software to convert from PDF to Excel and the read this on Qlik.

 

I need to know if this is the only way to read PDF files?

Yes. you will need to convert it
or hypothetically create a custom connector which does it for you. i didnt see anything available

Not that i am aware. I have not seen many use cases for this so i am not sure if it is in pipeline.
Would contact your qlik support to check
