Restrict developers from creating OLE DB connection in data load editor

Hi,

How can I restrict developer from creating any new data connection at all (not folder nor OLD DB nor snowflake)?

Is there a way to disable the "create new connections" in the data load editor?

I want the developer to see only those data connection that I created for him and that he\she couldn't create new ones.
