Hello,
My apps suddenly stopped auto refreshing on scheduled time. Upon checking, i realized it has something to do with the connection. Seems like the credentials are not working. I tried to re-entered the same credentials i have been using for the last 8 months but it's giving me the error "Name or service not known"
I didnt change a thing on the server side in terms of access and policies.
Anyone knows what to do?

Is this Qlik Sense on prem or Cloud(SAAS)?
Can you attempt to use the same credentials from another client (SQL Management studio), does it work?
Can you also double check the server name is correct and didn't change?
