Hi,
We are facing slowness issues on the Qlik sense server and at times it even goes in not responding mode. We checked the server utilization and found out that the Qlik engine has been occupying a lot of memory and CPU.
Current RAM allocation:
Total: 32 GB
Qlik: 11 GB (constantly remains at 11 GB for more than 30 mins during peak utilization)
DB: 16 GB (Reaches peak during scheduled jobs and goes upto 14 GB during peak utilization)
Other Processes: 5 GB (Needed for the OS and other processes)
Analyzer license utilization – 75% utilized
Hello Nikita,
Thanks for your post.
May I know what is the version of Qlik Sense?
Since when are you finding the issue, was happened anytime before or if this is new issue?
Is there any scheduled reload on Qlik Sense Desktop?
Have you tried to restart the QS Engine service?
Is it QS Desktop or Enterprise?
May I know number of app you are managing?
When you say there is a spike in CPU and memory, do you find if it is 100%?
You may refer to below article:

Let me know further information and also if above article solve the issue.
Thanks,
Padma Priya
