Snowflake connection

We are experiencing this error when trying to connect our on site Qlik instance to Snowflake.  Does anyone know of any other port requirements or firewall settings needed to connect?  

General Error
ERROR [HY000] [Qlik][Snowflake] (4) REST request for URL https://kpa53.east-us-2.azure.snowflakecomputing.com:443/session/v1/login-request?requestId=870b93f1... failed: CURLerror (curl_easy_perform() failed) - code=28 msg='Timeout was reached' osCode=9 osMsg='Bad file descriptor'.

I have tried to connect to my Snowflake Trial account both on Qlik Sense on -prem and Qlik Cloud - using Qlik native Snowflake Data Connector. No problem on both and no special settings. Following my connection settings:
