Hi Guys
I'm quite new to Qlik. At the moment, I try to connect Qlik Sense Business (software as a service) to my local Postgres database, I have already modified the config in Postgres files (pg_hfa.config and postgresql.conf)
This is a modification that I made for pg_hfa.config (this is the whitelist IP addresses that Qlik provide for Singapore )
for postgresql.conf, I already changed the listen_address from local to '*'.
I even create the inbound rule to allow the external connection to port 5432 and list all of the whitelist IP addresses above for the connection in the Windows firewall settings, but it seems did not work for me. Could you guys please help me with that, thanks?. The below is the error from Qlik Cloud
Hello @Blake225939,
Is your database publicly available?
I would suggest checking Qlik Data Transfer to see if you can have a successful connection.
Best regards,
Francisco
