Trouble with QLIK Data Transfer

Hello Qlikkies,

I am trying to install Qlik Data Transfer on a Window Server. However, i keep getting service credentials user validation failed. I have tried both my QLIK and Window's user credential. For context, I'm a BI developer and my company subscribe to QLIK Sense Enterprise SaaS.

Does your user account have administrator rights.

Try the user account used to run the Qlik services.
