Unable to connect to Azure DB

We are unable to connect to Azure DB through Qliksense Enterprise. Previously the DB connection was working fine in ABT server. But after moving db server to Azure , we are unable to connect.  Below is there error we are getting while connect to db. 

Note: Connection is testing successfully through UDL and Telnet . Attached both the screenshots

ERROR [08S01] [Qlik][SqlServer] Connection broken unexpectedly qlik sense.

Hello ,

Please confirm the following items:

1. The new server name and IP are whitelisted.
2. Confirm the required port is open form the Qlik Sens server to the new Database Server is Azure

Hi @Sathish1 

Looking at the pictures, are you making the test of both from the same server?

Are we saying that outside of Qlik products the connection works on the same server but fails when using our connector?
Any details will be appreciated.
