Unable to connect to Oracle db on Qliksense Cloud- SaaS

Hi 

I am unable to connect to Oracle DB to QlikSense Cloud 

here is the error message: 

Connection timeout expired; not sure Oracle connection is working on the qlikcloud/SaaS. Pls help me.

There were Firewall issues causing this issue, after whitelisting the DNS it is working but failing sometimes, not sure its due to Beta version ,

Please check if the user credentials provided in the connection are valid and has access the Oracle DB and also check if the port communication is listening.

You may also refer to the below help link to cross verify if you are using supported Oracle version and data types on SaaS.

NoteThis connector is a beta version for SaaS editions of Qlik Sense so there might be few limitaitons.
