Unable to connect to database using qlickcloud

In Qlik cloud I created new app with new connection to Microsoft Azure SQL database. Connection test worked fine. Then I was able to see the data through "Select data" option. Script was inserted without any issues as well. But then I try to load data I get this error message:

The following error occurred:
(Connector error: Unable to connect to database: Error message: Please check the values for Username‚ Password‚ Host and other properties. Description: General error)

The same load script in Qlik Sense desktop version works fine.

Any ideas what can be wrong?

While trying to figure out what can be wrong I found out, that it was not a server issue. It was Qlik cloud connector issue. It looks like it is not able to save the password. If I type username/password, test the connection and load data right away - it loads fine. The next time I try to load it - I get that error message.

P.S. Does anybody knows go to reach Qlik support? Once I press on "Submit a case" I get a new window where I can select "I have an issue with Qlik Sense cloud" but login button just opens a front page.

Yes,  after I made some changes in the load script it started to work. But it was some time ago, I don't remember what changes I applied to the script.

It was on Qlik Cloud services.
