Users coming Inactive fro AD

We have a user directory connection and a lot of users are coming Inactive = Yes, but they are active, any idea whats going on? or what can I check?

Hello @pasgalbarra , 

Most commonly this is caused by a group change in membership and the applied filter not finding them in the UDC.

Users were either removed or deactivated in the user directory they are being synchronized from, or the group filter / LDAP filter used is incorrect and does not filter them correctly.

  • Recreate the user in the source directory.
  • Re-activate the user in the source directory.
  • Verify the filter used in the User Directory Connector. 

Then synchronize from the User Directory Connector.

It can also be caused by the user being deactivated in another environment (SLK only):
