Web connector automatically stop

I installed the web connector, but when i start the Services it will automatically stop the Services.

How can i fixe this?

Hi - I can't seem to see the image you attached, could you do it as a bmpo/jpg/png?

Could you also see if there is anything useful in the service startup text log file in the root folder?

please check the Service_Startup_Log.txt (located in your web connectors folder) to get the details of the error
