When we click data connector, why the connector require sign in?

Could you help me?

We were moved the Qlik sense Enterprise from A datacenter to B data center.

After we finished all steps, everything is well.

But the data connector at the load script is not working well.

ODBC connector is working well.

Qlik connector is not working.

When we click data connector, why the connector require sign in?

You try once updating the username and password in the QMC data connections

We are updating  the username and password in the QMC data connections

it is not happen on the Windows Account.

But it is happen on the SSO account

We are using SSO as Custmer's Portal System Account.

Qlik Version is Feb 2024.
