I have been using Qlik Youtube data connector for a while now. For previous 2-3 days, it started giving error that limit exceeded. Exact error message is:
There was an error running the table (Failed on attempt 1 to GET. (The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden.){ "error": { "code": 403, "message": "The request cannot be completed because you have exceeded yourquota., "errors": [ { "message": "The request cannot be completed because you have exceeded your quota.", "domain": "youtube.quota", "reason": "quotaExceeded" } ] } } )
Looks like the API limit has been reached, but it is not resetting on its own and giving this error for last 2 weeks now.
Can anyone tell me how to reset the API limit for youtube data connector?
Thanks for the feedback, we are still working very closely with Google to understand the new limitations imposed on the API's used within the connector and will post a response ASAP.
After careful consideration, we have decided to discontinue the YouTube Data Connector for the time being. The connector will be removed with the release in December.
As an alternative we recommend users trying the YouTube Analytics Connector, as we expect this to be sufficient for most current use cases.
