comparing with previous cells

Hello,

I have 2 columns ('ID 1' and 'ID 2' )

If 'ID 2' is empty and the 'ID 1' is matching with 'ID 1' of the next not empty 'ID 2' above, I want this 'ID 2' instead of the empty field.

A little example for better understanding 🙂

Is this possible ?
