qlik web connector tool: Internal server error

Hi All,

We have Qlik sense enterprise May 2022 with Qlik web connector tool (standalone Dec 2021). Our organisation have been using this tool to connect to SharePoint data without any issue. Recently due to disk space overflow we ended up with huge amount data reload failure. We (Qlik Admins) fixed everything except the reload task that involves Qlik web connector connection. When we run those task in qmc or when we run script in data load editor we are getting "Internal server error". We are able to find just this article (https://community.qlik.com/t5/Official-Support-Articles/Qlik-Web-Connector-for-Sharepoint-365-Intern... ) which does not apply in our case because we have already applied everything in that article and our web connections was working perfectly fine until the disk overflow issue.

Can anyone please let us know where to look further?

Hi All,

As a brute force solution, we had to restore the whole Qlik Web Connector folder from our backup. If anybody do find other solutions please do not hesitate to update here.

hi @Mr_Pearl ,

could you please check what exact error is return - you can find it in Qlik web connectors, top menu "Log files" ->  General/Errors -> the "Click here" link under Latest Error

Regards,

Roza

@Roza it says "No LatestError.html file found. It looks like there are no recorded errors yet"

Hi @Mr_Pearl

By any chance did you search for that file "LatestError.html"?  it looks that some of the files were deleted due the failure you are mentioning, maybe to search for that file will bring some clarity on what was missing that caused the issue.

Kind Regards.

Hi @NadiaB ,

Yes I looked at that time and received message that "No latest error ...". Also I looked within existing error logs and fund zero logs for those days.
