Hello,
We are currently creating tables in a Snowflake database and we would like not to have to specify the strings length. In Snowflake, there is no impact, but Snowflake warns that it may be some impacts with third-party tools :
"When the column length is unspecified, some third-party tools may anticipate consuming the maximum size value, which can translate into increased client-side memory usage or unusual behavior."
Thus, I would like to know if QLIK SENSE is in this case ? Is there any performance impact to not specify the strings length in Snowflake ?
Regards
