About WebSockets connection erro
When I try to open an application in the Qlik Sense Hub, I get the following error when accessing the HUB
"Unable to connect to the Qlik Sense engine. Possible causes: too many connections, service is offline, or network problem."
So, with reference to the following post,
Entry for Maximum Number of Connections
Allow WebSocket traffic
confirmed.
As a result, the entry to the maximum number of connections was OK, but..,
Qlik Sense Websocket connection tester showed the following
■Executed in Chrome on the server side
What is the result of each of the following responses that you have confirmed?
Also, what should we check for items that have failed?
・Authentication (Success)
・Connect secure websocket (Success)
・Product version collected through secure websocket (Failure)
・Application list through secure websocket (Failure)
・Connect websocket (success)
・Product version collected through websocket (Success)
・Connect websocket (Success)
・Product version collected through websocket (Success)
・Application list through websocket (Success)
Based on these results, could you please indicate what we should do next?
Hi,
there are 4-5 sessions per user in qlik sense client managed, due to longer timeout settings this issue can happen, I suggest to verify your session duration by visiting in to QMC -> Central Proxy (Default) -> Central -> Session inactivity timeout (minutes)
I have kept 20Min so in this time ill have my session if active expired if I am not using them.
Thank you for your response.
Changing the session time did not resolve the error.
Regarding the test I posted earlier, could you please tell me what each item is testing?
I would also appreciate it if you could tell me what settings in the system I should check, especially with regard to the items that are failing.
Thank you in advance.
