Add DNS is not working on qliksense server

Hi every one,

One of  my client is demanding to add DNS  alias to the server for that i added the name into whitelist in virtual proxy but still it is not working any idea why it is not working?

It shows popup to sign in with credentials but  credentials are not working.

If you are attempting to access the environment using the DNS alias on the server itself, then you might be running into a loopback issue:
