After upgrading to May 2023 Patch 1, few developers cannot load apps

Hi

After upgrading to May 2023 Patch 1, few developers cannot load apps.

Seems some developers can access some can't.
Any known issues or suggestions?

Check the error message when opening the app.  It is important to make sure the developers still have right licenses assigned in QMC->License.  Also the section access in the app allows these developers to access.

The security rule needs to grant the developer access for the app as well.

The Qlik Sense logs can be helpful to see the exact error when the developer fails to open the app.  Compare both working developers and non working developers' qlik sense logs to see the difference.  If it is multiple nodes environment, the logs from all proxy nodes need to be checked.

Our senior Admin seems, found a work arround.
Well, the leading BI team members had different privilidges in their respective streams. Some how those who had multiple roles Admin, explorer (in our term) could not get in. We had to allocate only one role to each.
In that way, they can get in. So feels like some sort of security or license restriction been increased in newer version.
Checked proxy logs, engine logs, nothing seems gave any clue regards to dev/BI users access priviledges.

But all standard viewers/readonly users complained nothing, so thats good.
Well which logs in our multinode environment can help us investigate deeper.
