Allocating Everyone security rule to other stream

How can I allocate the same security rule in Everyone stream to a new stream?

Clone the same of associated rule to eeveryone stream and then change from Everyone ID to New stream ID to sync.

Clone, I meant to say you need to create same like another stream to new one and change the ID during creation.
