Backup and Restore of PostgreSQL DB when installed on other server

Hi Team

We have installed the PostgreSQL database on a separate server and Qliksense on a separate server for achieving high availability. Now I want to take a backup of Postgresql DB from a server and restore it on another server. We are having 2 environments one is the production and one is Disaster Recovery (DR). So I want to restore the backup of Prod to DR.

I have successfully made the backup of the Postgresql DB and restored it on DR. But after restoring the QSR on the DR environment my QMC or hub is not running. The page is just not opening at all.

May I know what could be the possible cause for this.
