We have a SAML proxy, and we are loading the users through Excel UDC, and that's the default proxy for us. Before going for SAML, we were using central proxy. Some of the users are not able to get through SAML proxy now and then, and it has been a problem for a while. With central proxy, there is no problem for them. But we want everybody to use SAML. Sometimes ,the users can go to hub but when thye click on an app, they see this error, and sometimes, they can't even get to the hub with this error. Couple of my users, who have this issue, are root admins too.
this is the error that they get:

in SAML and Central proxy->Advanced section, i do not have any "Additional response headers".
Any ideas what could be causing it ?
we are on QS Aptil'19 release.

Regarding header size seems there are default settings on different positions that are limiting the size, refer to this two articles to adjust accordingly and check if you need to upgrade:
