Can not open Qlik sense after install

Hi

Could anyone help me to resolve the issue please?

I can not open Qlik sense at all after the installation.

Please attach a screenshot of the error message? Are you trying to open QMC or Hub?

Check if your Qlik Services are up and running...

It took them ~5 mins to fully restart after my recent 2.2.4 upgrade.

I am new to Qlik Sense. I follow the install instruction.

I am trying to open Qlik Sense Desktop.

It shows i tab "Qlik Sense Desktop Hub" - opening the hub

forever ...

Never had a chance to try it at all.

What is QMC, do I need to install it?

I have tried putting in chome browser -

http://localhost:4848/hub/my/work

showing the same message as " Opening the hub".

You need to check if Qlik Services on your system are up and running.

Here is what you should see (depends on your configuration, but all Qlik* services should be running):

And please add your configuration here: (server/desktop version/AWS).

QMC stands for "Qlik Management Console". It's the app that handles your apps/tasks/connectors/users etc on the Server platform. You should have it if you are using Server configuration.

You can try http://localhost:4848/qmc‌, but you (most likely) will see the same issue.

BTW, your installation should create couple shortcuts on your desktop.

Try to launch them.

Yuan talking about the Desktop version, correct me if I'm wrong. In that case check if the operating system is supported (Windows 7, 8, 8.1, 10) x64

- Qlik Sense Service Dispatcher is started.
- Kill the process in the task manager.

- When done, go to windows menu / Qlik Sense / Qlik sense desktop (not the one shortcut installed during setup) or go

to C:\Users\[yourUserName]\AppData\Local\Programs\Qlik\Sense\QlikSenseBrowser and right-click "Run as an administrator".
