Can't see AD_usersynctask

Hi all,

I've recently encountered a strange behavior in the tasks part of the QMC : the AD_usersynctask, wich was automatically created when we installed Qlik, can't be seen at times.

Yesterday, I couldn't see it, even if I checked if any filter was selected, or by selecting the User synchronization filter.

This morning, I could see it again on my first connexion (with user admin), and I was able to start it, but on the second connexion I couldn't see it again.

I also couldn't see it when I tried using another account.

This is problematic, as it happens on our production environment, and we risk not being able to add new users.

I didn't find any post on it, is there something I could try, or something to check regarding this issue ?
