Cannot find and remove LavasoftTcpService64.dll - QlikSense desktop

Hi All,

I followed the other thread where other users were able to find and remove Lavasoft which interfered with Qliksense. I am running Windows 8, 64 bit. This LavasoftTcpService64.dll is stopping my Qlksense desktop from running. Where do I find this lavasoft and remove it completely from my laptop???
