Hi to all,
In enviroment of production i have configured the following scenario:
- Central Node
- 2 Engine
- 2 Proxies
- 1 Scheduler
The second proxy when i flag the service(Proxy) it doesn't work.
In nodes tab i can see that is stopped.
Could you help me?
Thank you,
Federico
Hi Federico...
Have you respected the indications on the ports used? (sorry for dummy question)
Have you used fully NAME machine instead of ip for RIM node?
Some problems arise from the verification of the certificate between centra e node rim.
Let me know
Agostino
Hi Agostino,
Unfortunately it not depends from ports.
Other tips?
Thank you
Best Regards
Federico
Hi Fredrico, it may be an idea to post a few screenshots of what you are actually seeing.
Andy
Hi Andy,
Ok, i explain our architecture:
We have 5 VM:
1 - Central node (All services)
1 - Engine01 (Repository + Engine)
1 - Proxy01 (Repository + Proxy)
1 - Proxy02 (Repository + Proxy) ----- Proxy disabled(doesn't work)
1 - Scheduler (Repository + Scheduler)
In Virtual Proxy tab i have 5 virtual proxy and all VM except the proxy02 have 2 engine in Load Balancing Nodes.
if we add the second engine it doesn't work.
The SSL certificate are correct (Engine + Proxy01 + Proxy02).
The port used are correct (Engine + Proxy01 + Proxy02).
Thank you
Best Regards
Federico
So, is the proxy status displaying as Disabled OR Stopped?
Andy
In the proxy02 when i flag the option Proxy, this service stops.
Federico
So have you logged onto the server and checked if the Proxy service is actually running and attempted to restart it if it's not?
