Custom Property to a large group of Users

Hello.

I am trying to assign a set of Custom properties to more than 1000 users in Qlik Sense.  Is there a way to assign it in a bulk mode?

The Users are already pulled into the Qlik environment and i just need to assign them different security rules based on custom properties.

Ganesh,

Yes, just select users you need to assign this property to and click on Edit button.

Select/Update any of Custom Properties or Roles (if necessary) and press Apply button.

All these changes will be applied to selected users.

Not really... Selecting these users is the most complicated part.

But you can use Search option to find all users you need to modify:

The rest should be easy, as I've mentioned above.

Thanks Vladimir. yes selecting the Users is the most painful part here. That too when the search goes below the browser window i am restricted to only 7 users

ridiculous. Since QlikSense came onto the market (ten years ago) they have not done anything good in product management. Regrettable.
