In Chromium Edge when I open an app from the hub I am seeing this error.

Response: <!doctype html><meta charset="utf-8"><meta name=viewport content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1"><title>403</title>403 Forbidden
Any ideas what might be causing this?

Do you see this error on this endpoint only with Chromium edge?
Are the dataprofiling logs giving more details (C:\ProgramData\Qlik\Sense\Log\DataProfiling) ? See also how to set them in the DEBUG https://community.qlik.com/t5/Knowledge/Qlik-Sense-Enable-verbose-logs-for-Data-Profiling-service/ta...
If the logs are not helping I would also run a Websocket test with Chromium edge
