Deallocating/Reinstating Quarantined Tokens

I have two quarantined tokens that have been quarantined for quite some time. They were originally single-user access tokens. The local user accounts no longer exist for the users the tokens were originally allocated to.

When I try to select the token and click "Deallocate" I get the following messages (restarting QMC does nothing):

Deallocate Token.PNGDeallocate Token 2.PNG

When I click "Reinstate" I get the following message:

Reinstate Token.PNG

I grabbed this from one of the post:

--------

I think it is bug fixed in 2.1.1

Token with no user information not freed after quarantine period
Jira issue ID: QLIK-37415
If a token in quarantine was assigned to a user that was deleted, there was no way to reassign the token
even after quarantine date had passed.

Quarintine is for 27 days , are you sure its more than 27 days?

That depends. Is it 27 days from when they were quarantined, or do they become un-quarantined at the end of some 27 day cycle?

user access token are for 7 days

login access tokens are for 27 days

I assign user access and its gets un-quarantined at the end of 7 days,

I think login access works the same way but only after 27 days.

Thanks, Sujith. These are user access tokens, but I'm pretty sure it has been longer than 7 days. I have no immediate need for them at the moment other than testing, so I will be sure to check back in after awhile with an update.

you can check the last used date from License and Tokens -->User Access Allocations

if that field is not listed you can add it from column selector

I can only recommend you to run the Sync process to re-sync your users.

I went to User Directory Connectors, verified all the information and clicked "Sync." it succeeded. Then I restarted the QMC.... and still have the same errors.
