I have two quarantined tokens that have been quarantined for quite some time. They were originally single-user access tokens. The local user accounts no longer exist for the users the tokens were originally allocated to.
When I try to select the token and click "Deallocate" I get the following messages (restarting QMC does nothing):
When I click "Reinstate" I get the following message:
I grabbed this from one of the post:

I think it is bug fixed in 2.1.1
Token with no user information not freed after quarantine period
Jira issue ID: QLIK-37415
If a token in quarantine was assigned to a user that was deleted, there was no way to reassign the token
even after quarantine date had passed.
Hi Tim,
Did you try Restarting the QlikSense Repository Database Service? If now, try it once.
Excellent! I was running 2.0 and the painless upgrade to 2.1.1 fixed the quarantine problem.

Hi Sujith,
I met the same problem. but i am using the version of 2.1.1.0
In this version, the problem should have been resolved. Perhaps you just need to wait for the tokens to recycle?
Here's a quote from one of Sujith's previous messages:
you can check the last used date from License and Tokens -->User Access Allocations
Latest use is yesterday. I delete the user first then want to deallocation it. Any solution?
You will probably have to wait for the 28-day waiting cycle for that to become unquarantined. The reason is so you can't use a single access pass for multiple users in the same month just by dropping user accounts and reassigning the access pass.
ok....... So can i cycle it manually.......
Nope. Maybe if you ask nicely the Qlik tech support can do it for you? I doubt it though.
is it works Sangram??
because i do have the same issue but the last used is dec 12 2016
