You can try custom properties, check out this youtube video explaining how to prevent executives from creating new sheets, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_GYC2l8e0FE

Hi,

Did you find a solution to disable sheet creation for a particular app?

The video disables the sheet creation for a group of users across all the apps, but I am looking to disable it just for a particular app.

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks,

Ilyas

The details of this really should be documented better here.
The video shows how to use custom properties to limit who can create objects in published apps, but it would be nice if this was written down here.

The text of the conditions could be listed and explained - so we do not all have to pause the video, manually type the conditions 🙂
